Live, Attenuated, Freeze Dried

The vaccine contains live, attenuated at least 103.5 EID50 of Avian Infectious Bronchitis “Massachusetts strain” H-120 per dose. The virus is stabilized and freeze dried. The vaccine confers protection against Infectious Bronchitis disease.

The vaccine is indicated for broiler, layer chicks, adult layers and breeders for prevention of Infectious Bronchitis disease. Vaccinate at the age of 1-5 days and repeat at 3-4 weeks. Two doses are protective upto 6-8 weeks for Broilers. For Layers vaccinate again at 13-15 weeks age.

Vaccine is reconstituted in diluent (4 ml, 20 ml and 40 ml for 100, 500 and 1000 dose vials respectively) or Sterile Normal Saline (0.9% Sodium Chloride). The vaccine can be given in drinking water. Remove drinkers & clean them. Keep chicks thirsty for One Hour. Pour enough clean water in drinkers which can be consumed in one-two hours. Add reconstituted vaccine in appropriate volumes. Add 5 gm of dry milk powder to one litre of water to stabilize vaccine. Add water to drinkers as normally done after 80% of vaccine water is used. Consult veterinary doctor for vaccination schedule etc.
